- 20 hours of teaching
- 2 hours of mentoring
- 1 hour of Shiurim in Person – twice weekly
- 2 hours of Teacher Training – twice weekly
- Up to 5 hours a week of additional school responsibilities
- Daily and weekly lesson preparation and planning
- Weekly homework for teacher training courses
