How can we ensure that more of our children are successful? Is it possible for Chinuch to be at the forefront of our community? Rabbi Hertz will address these questions head on, creating a pathway for school leaders to be change-makers in redefining Chinuch in Lubavitch. 4:15 PM Focus Groups: Collaboration for Chabad Chinuch Facilitated by: Rabbi Mendy Greenbaum, Head of School of Cheder Menachem and Bais Chaya Mushka Schools, Los Angeles, CA Mr. Mark Moskowitz, MEF Leadership Coach The ongoing building of Chabad Chinuch is at the forefront of every participant’s efforts and energies. In this structured working session, school leaders will develop practical next steps bringing the ideas shared throughout the day into fruition. 11:00 AM Transportation back to Chabad 11:30 AM Building Your Capacity to Build the Capacity of Your Staff, Part 1 With Mr. Mark Moskowitz, MEF Leadership Coach Co-Facilitated by: Rabbi Mendy Levin, Menahel of Cheder Chabad Philadelphia This session  will explore building your own capacity to build the capacity of your staff through developing a growth mindset, psychological safety, effective teams, and a professional learning community. The part after lunch will conclude with self-assessing the professional learning in your school and voicing your own commitment to this work. 12:45 PM Networking Lunch Facilitated by Rabbi Yehoshua Lustig, Principal, Oholei Torah Principals will be seated according to topics, and will network over lunch in a structured setting facilitated by Rabbi Lustig. 1:45 PM Building Your Capacity to Build the Capacity of Your Staff, Part 2 With Mr. Mark Moskowitz and Rabbi Mendy Levin (cont. from Part 1) 3:00 PM Closing Session Rabbi Yossi Korik, Menahel of Sacramento Jewish Academy Rabbi Sholom Ber Halberstam, Menahel of Mesivta Ohr Eliyahu TBD 3 Menahalim share their greatest challenges and triumphs in Chinuch. 4:15 PM Mincha  4:30 PM Tzaischem L’Shalom Take-away dinner will be served.
