Chabad of Northern Virginia is hiring a preschool director, to begin as soon as we find the right fit. We have recently renovated our space – it is light, bright, and fresh in all ways. We are a Reggio school and would like to find someone who will bring inspiration from Reggio, from Montessori, from gentle and conscious approaches… and most of all, firmly rooted in and guided by Torah and Chassidus.
The school is situated for tremendous growth, including a new building and outdoor classroom in the near future G-d willing. We are looking for an experienced, capable, warm director to be at the helm. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to “own” it and run a fantastic educational center for the many many Jewish children in Northern Virginia. This is a shlichus position.
Fairfax is 25 minutes from Washington, DC and 40 minutes from Silver Spring, Maryland – where there are Jewish schools, a large kosher grocery store, and a few restaurants. We are 4.5 hours from Crown Heights.
