Qualifications:
For Teachers:
Passion for teaching and working with children
A growth mindset
Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required
For Administrators:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in school administration or similar roles preferred
Ability to manage and support a team while fostering a collaborative environment
